Sheryl has over twenty years’ experience in the Human Resources (HR) and Organisational Development (OD) field with a depth and breadth of knowledge and skills in delivering change outcomes, learning and development initiatives and individual and team development interventions. Her experience includes recruitment, induction, organisational change strategies and implementation, strategic planning, remuneration, performance management, coaching/feedback, team development, leadership development and succession planning.  Sheryl has the proven ability to work across all levels within organisations.  She holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Psychology which underpins a range of in-depth HR and OD skills.
